Specific Faults and Troubleshooting Methods

Release Date:2026-04-22  Source:  View count:6

Fault 1: Loss of LiDAR Positioning Data

Cause: Lens contamination or obstruction.

Troubleshooting Method: Clean the lens and remove obstructions.

Fault 2: Unstable RTK Positioning Signal

Causes: 1. Weak base station signal; 2. RTK module failure.

Troubleshooting Methods: 1. Check the RTK antenna connection and restart the positioning module; 2. Contact after-sales for remote diagnosis.

Fault 3: Vehicle Does Not Move After Task Issuance

Causes: 1. Speed parameter < 0.2m/s; 2. Inaccurate vehicle positioning.

Troubleshooting Methods: 1. Adjust the issued speed to 0.2-2m/s in the APP; 2. Reset the positioning or move the vehicle near the positioning point.

Fault 4: Vehicle Route Swaying or Vehicle Jerking

Causes: 1. Disturbing objects causing radar false obstacle avoidance or stopping; 2. Incorrect radar parameters.

Troubleshooting Methods: 1. Remove objects affecting vehicle travel; 2. Contact after-sales for handling.

Fault 5: Unable to Enter Intelligent Driving Mode

Causes: 1. Intelligent driving system not switched; 2. Communication between intelligent driving system and vehicle not established.

Troubleshooting Methods: 1. Find the intelligent driving switch and turn on the intelligent driving system; 2. Power on the intelligent driving system again.
